New Balance has unveiled the 2017-18 Liverpool home shirt. Inspired by the club’s history and previous home shirts, the brand new shirt is predominately red and features a white V-neck collar and white cuffs. It, without doubt, is printed with the club crest, the brand logo and the name of its sponsor. But there is something special. “1892”, “2017” and “125 Years” are around the club crest in order to celebrate the 125th anniversary.

Like previous designs, the shirt also has the yellow flame and the number “96” at the back of the collar in memory of the 96 football fans of Liverpool who have passed away in the Hillsborough disaster that took place in 1989. The number “125” is printed the stripe on shoulders, too.
